Once again the Krewe of the Black Swan has swooped in and won the day. Since most of us don't have long hair, and some of us don't have any hair, the krewe looked for an alternative. Just like we shainghai'd a singer to win the Marauder's Pirate Idol, we shainghai'd a long-haired employee to donate his hair for the Marauder's Locks of Love. In both instances, we won. Thanks to Cat, Lori and George for representing our krewe.

Through threats of unemployment and toilet cleaning duty, Ben, who also works at IsoAid with George, graciously volunteered to donate his hair for this great cause.

Ben arrived with his wife Sumnima ...

... but someone forgot to tell him what for.

Ben's hair was so thick and straight that he was able to give not one, but two 18" ponytails.



Ben won first prize for the longest donated ponytail (twice).
Unfortunately, he wasn't able to keep Mrs. Florida.
